Sea rocket occurs along the coastline (hence the name). If it is in flower it is normally seen sorrounded by all manner of flying insects. Seen growing in pure sand and shingle, it has fleshy leaves to conserve water. Found spread sparsely along the coast, generally on the lesser used beaches. An annual that flowers with white/slightly purple flowers from june to september.
